WELLNESS GARDEN- THE NEED OF THE HOUR

Pandemic !!! Lockdown !!!! Quarantine!!!!
A healthy wellness garden is in your hands. You can grow all the spices you need from your kitchen. It does not take much, just a dash of interest and a mix of seeds and leaves.
You might wonder how this can happen! The joy it gives to see the seeds sprout into life is undescribable.
Try it out, it works wonders on your wellness factor. Nurturing these plants, seeing them grow gives you a sense of achievement and abundance.
All you need are old yogurt containers and used water bottles. The next thing you require are dried chilies, a spoonful of coriander seeds, peanuts, few sprigs of mint and a piece of ginger.
All you have to do is make drainage holes in the used containers, layer it with soil and coffee grounds and your potting mix is ready. Then you spread the coriander seeds and top it with a layer of soil. Repeat the process for other ingredients too.
Sprinkle water and keep it in the sunshine. Water of daily for a fortnight. Have you guessed what this magical ingredients can give you? The‘ MOST DELICIOUS CHUTNEY ’ingredients.
